1. Scope
Operlivo is a brand of Roeten Media, based at Patijnweg 34, Goes, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94679010. Roeten Media is the controller for personal information processed for this website and contact enquiries. Contact us at juriaan@operlivo.ai.
This policy covers Operlivo's public website, interactive examples and email enquiries. For a configured customer environment, we separately agree which information is processed, which integrations are used and who is responsible.
2. When you contact us
We use your name, email address, organisation and the information you send to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. We receive it only when you send it from there.
We handle business enquiries based on our legitimate interest in being available and responding to requests. Where your enquiry concerns an agreement with you, we also use the necessary information to take steps at your request before entering into that agreement or to perform it. Without contact details, we cannot email you back. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Website visits
Vercel provides hosting. When you request a page, technical information is processed, such as your IP address, the time, the requested page and browser information. This helps deliver the website, investigate faults and prevent misuse. Our interest is in providing an available and secure website.
The website does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools to track your behaviour across websites.
4. Examples and browser storage
The interactive examples remember some choices in your own browser storage. These include demo task decisions and your creator selection, campaign brief, draft text, filters and scene plans. This lets you continue during a later visit. We also remember the language you choose. On your first visit to the homepage, we use your browser language setting to show Dutch or English.
The website does not send this demo content to us. The storage has no fixed expiry and remains until you clear the website's data in your browser. Prefer fictional information in the public examples. Blocking this storage may mean your choices are lost when you close the page.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use Vercel for hosting and an email service for correspondence. These providers process the information needed for their services. Your own email provider also processes messages you send.
Vercel may process information outside the European Economic Area. Vercel describes safeguards including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. You can ask us about the safeguards applicable to our services.
6. Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to address the enquiry, discuss the engagement and handle relevant follow-up. An agreement or dispute may require us to retain particular correspondence for longer. Information subject to a statutory retention obligation is kept according to that obligation.
Retention of technical hosting information depends on the hosting features used and the need for security and fault investigation. You can delete local demo information through your browser's website-data settings.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object to processing, request a restriction or request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
Email your request to juriaan@operlivo.ai. We normally respond within one month. If more time is needed or we cannot fully fulfil a request, we explain why. We may ask for limited additional information to establish that the information belongs to you. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the website or its use of information changes. The version date above shows when this text was last updated.
