One system for the entire operation, from customer question to purchasing.
Topline Haircosmetics is a hair cosmetics wholesaler. They sell through their own online stores, on bol.com and to hair salons. Customer questions, stock, pricing and purchasing ran through separate systems. We built the operation around them: everything connected, with agents where they save work.

Six parts,
one system.
One card per part, the way the team sees it. The cards are illustrations, not real client data.
- 01
Customer support, automated
Every mailbox comes together in one inbox. Spam is filtered out automatically, and each question shows the orders from the online stores, Picqer and bol.com right away. Agents prepare the reply.
- 02
Stock system
One up-to-date stock level per product, connected to Picqer and the sales channels. Customers see what is in stock and when an item is due back.
- 03
bol.com repricer, built in
Prices on bol.com are adjusted automatically from the same system. No manual work per offer.
- 04
Purchasing system
Purchase orders, suppliers and expected delivery dates in one place, connected to stock in Picqer.
- 05
Online ordering for salons
Hair salons order in their own portal, with their own prices and discounts from Exact. Every order becomes a picklist in Picqer and a draft invoice in Exact straight away.
- 06
Paper order lists
A scanned or photographed order list is read and turned into a sales order in Exact. A preview first, the order only after approval. The system remembers what each customer calls their products.
Agents prepare, the team decides. Replies, orders from order lists and invoices only go out after approval.
